Well located hotel
Hotel well located for the Old Town. Reception staff very helpful and friendly. Temperature in the room was too hot, even if the thermostat was turned down.

The staff was extremely professional, especially in the dining areas. A spectacular hotel and quite a surprise. Right across the plaza from the President's palace. A ten minute walk to the old town monuments.

The property was in a pretty convenient location and was clean however unfortunately I was wrongly accused of not paying taxes. The check in personnel took cash for it without providing a receipt and did not load them in. The experience of being mistreated due to this on checkout was not pleasant. I was told that I would be emailed once the cameras were checked and have emailed on the status of this with no response.

The hotel is in a very nice location and the staff was very attentive to our requests. The property needs a little bit of refresh. Also, there was way too much hair left from the previous guests around the bathtub than one can leave unnoticed.
