"We travelled as a family of 4 adults and were given 2 queen size mattress. It was adequate for us and comfy. Only gripe I had with the bed was that the bed frame was atop a metal base with sharp edges at the base plus the frame was held together by clasps which jutted out! "The room was so spacious and clean! I loved the fact you can hop onto any subway and get around the city easily from this location! Tons of food options and you can even leave and come back across the city within 30 minutes if you want to bring food back to the hotel, bring extra because you can heat it up later! I loved the view of the hotel, the staff was incredibly friendly. Was probably my favorite stay of any hotel. The Roku box came in clutch especially for late night movie watching...

"After staying here many times, this is probably my last. They are renovating the hotel and the main entrance is a mess. I waited a half hour for the elevators two times because one didn’t work at all. It is a mess. The rooms are tiny now. You have a super large TV on the wall, and a table and chair and the bathroom shower is a water closet. The amenities are few compared to my stay in fall of 2025. Not a good flow to the hotel, the elevators were tucked behind the reception desk and you would never know they were there, no signage. "A real hidden gem - this place is reasonably priced, very clean, and in easy walking distance of the subway and pretty much everything in lower Manhattan. The rooms are admittedly small, but unless you’re willing to pay $500+ a night, you aren’t going to do better. The staff were great, and always on hand if we needed help, and the rooms had amenities I haven’t seen in much more expensive hotels. Oh and the sound-proofing on the rooms was very good! I’d happily stay here again, without a doubt!"
