The facility was below standard for the location. The room had string deodorant smell. The wifi service was not available. We requested to change the room, but were told all rooms are full. We found out the next day that in fact there were multiple available room. We were told that wifi device service does not reach our room. We had to beg for extra pillows.

Hotel Bellerive, Gstaad. Excellent!
Hotel Bellerive is room by a wonderful Swiss family. They are warm and w welcoming. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The view is amazing. The location of the hotel is perfect, just outside Gstaad. The food served at the hotel is excellent!

Hotel Bellerive review
A very clean and comfortable stay at Bellerive. I loved the room and simple hotel but important to know there is no restaurant. There's no where to eat at all directly where this hotel is and a 20 minute walk to Gstaad town.

Stayed here due to a wedding in Saanen. The hotel was convenient, comfortable, and affordable. Check-in and out was efficient. Room was large, and the room had a balcony. The included breakfast was OK. I didn't mind, but the railway-tracks is a neighbor of the hotel.

Such a lovely hotel in a wonderful panoramic situation. Lots of lovely walks and nature near by. Hotel is modern, clean and very comfortable. The only negatiive is the management, they seemed indifferent and somewhat put out by guests being there. The floor staff were mostly good, we had a lovely young waitress the first night and a great waitress for the breakfast. The management need training in making guests feel welcome and adding to their stay. Also the website says all rooms except for single have a terrasse or balcony but this is not true, we were in a lovely big double that did not have a terrasse or balcony.

Für Velofahrer nicht zu empfehlen, Elektrovelo müssen im strömenden Regen vor dem Hotel parkiert werden, obwohl es eine Garage hätte. Hotel würden wir nie mehr buchen.

Perfekt für unser Familientreffen!
Sehr sauber, gut geführt und ruhige Umgebung! Genau in der Mitte zwischen Gstaad und Saanen - Auto 3-5 Min. und zu Fuss, ein schöner Spaziergang von ca. 20 Minuten.

Un peu décevant.
L'hôtel est a 30 minutes de marche de Saanen et Gstaad. Lieu idéal pour les randonnées. Le petit déjeuner était misérable le lundi pas de tresse ni de chaud et je ne vous dis pas le nombre de mouche. On m'a attribué une chambre au nord au premier étage avec peu de vue sur la campagne et les montagnes. Aucune information n'a été donnée spontannémant par l'aubergiste. Ni la carte de séjour qui permet de bénéficier à des réductions à la piscine par exemple.

La ville de Gstaad est un havre de paix au milieu des montagnes. Vous apprécierez le calme qui y réside tout en profitant des multiples restaurant du village. L'hôtel est situé à 15 min à pied du centre ville de Gstaad; vous pouvez cela dit prendre le bus postal qui vous rapprochera un peu. L'accueil n'a pas été très chaleureux et le personnel ne semblait pas vraiment vouloir me renseigner sur les activités aux alentours. J'ai noté un personnel à la limite du désagréable. A savoir que dans les chambres vous ne disposez ni de mini frigo ni de faire à repasser ( à demander 30 min à l'avance!) et surtout pas de WIFI dans les chambres. Le vrai point positif de cet hôtel c'est l'environnement et le petit dejeuner à la rigueur...

Auch wenn "Bellerive" etwas vollmundig ist...
Von einem Haus dieser Kategorie erwarte ich eigentlich, daß an Konzertabenden in Gstaad das Restaurant nicht gegen 22 Uhr bereits verlassen und verschlossen ist--ebenso, daß vor Konzertbeginn die Speisekarte etwas reichhaltiger ist. Im übrigen war alles sehr angenehm, sowohl Zimmer wie Frühstück, und die Lage (mit Parkmöglichkeit!) in einiger Entfernung vom Festivalzelt ist auch problemlos (zumal bei schönem Wetter).

Wir waren nur eine Nacht da, waren aner mit der Qualität des Zimmers/Hotels sehr zufrieden. Genügend Parkplätze, das Hotel ist etwas ausserhalb Gstaad, jedoch alles sehr gut erreichbar.

Angenehm es gibt von Gstaad zum Hotel ein Bus wenn man das weis oder zu Fuss ist mann in 15minuten vom Bahnhof Gstaad. Das Hotel liegt an der Bahnline aber habe den Bshnverkehr jetzt nicht als störend befunden. Gutes bürgerluches Essen Frühstück ist ok. Preisleistung angemessen Frühstückbuffet könnte mit grösserem vielfallt aufgebessert werden.

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel, dass sicherlich mehr als 3 Sterne verdienen würde. Sehr freundliches und sehr aufmerksames Ehepaar, welche das Hotel auf sehr persönliche und schöne Art führt. Auf jeden Fall - sehr empfehlenswert!

Eine Nacht mit stürmischem Winterwetter in dem Hotel verbracht. Dadurch klopften die Fensterläden die ganze Nacht gegen das Gebäude, was etwas Lärm verursachte. Zudem liegt das Hotel direkt an einer Bahnlinie. In der Nacht kommen vereinzelt Züge vorbei, die man ebenfalls hört, vor allem wenn das Fenster offen ist. Die Betten waren für mich ungewohnt und ich hab schlecht geschlafen. Ansonsten war das Zimmer und Personal und alles tiptop. Ach ja, da es keine Garage gibt wird Ihr Auto im Winter eingeschneit und muss dann erst mal ausgegraben werden. Also alles in allem, ein Top Erlebnis Hotel.. ;-)

Ruhiges abgelegenes Hotel
Insgesamt war ich zufrieden. Meine "Kritiken": Die Lage des Hotels ist ungünstig für nicht motorisierte Gäste. Im Zimmer fehlt ein Kühlschrank mit Getränken. Das Restaurant war bei meiner Rückkehr vom Konzert bereits geschlossen, also kein Bier mehr möglich!
