"This is my first time being in a hotel by myself and Ngl it was a great experience The room was clean and the bathroom was so clean also staff was helpful on answering my questions I’ll be glad to stay here for future concerts"

"Non smoking room was smoke smell. Outside my window broken down air conditioner units. All night drug activity and fighting. Stayed on 2nd floor with people screaming in hallway. Went to room on Sunday pretty much a swat team kicking a guy out of 3rd floor room. Room was very old worn. We switched to another hotel due to the area and the hotel clientele. We travel a lot and this was a horrible experience. Just seeing police and drug addicts outside enough for us."

"The first room given to my husband and I was very filthy, you could visibly tell it was not cleaned after prior customer. There was a terrible body odor left behind, bathroom sink stopped up and food particles in sink, toilet filthy. There were grease smudges and finger prints everywhere. So we ask for a different room, same issues except no horrible B.O. left behind, but just as dirty. "Jasmine of the housecleaning staff was very helpful during our 7-day staff. The rest of the staff were always friendly and helpful. However, the elevator did not work properly most of the time and we were on the 3rd floor which meant using the steps many times a day. The hotel needs an upgrade but is in a good location for travel, local restaurants, fast food and gas. The large lobby is nice for hanging out with friends/family and the on-site bar is convienent. "Nasty except waffle maker"

"It is place just to sleep an be coles to the airport. The bathroom door got stuck a few times and I had to aid my daughter to get out of it. First time she was scared, then we figure out that it was damaged. The mirror was broken and the carpet was closed. Wouldn’t stay in it again."
