Location is right beside the walking path of Wangfujing. Staffs are all very nice and helpful. Only disappointment is the food Street in Wangfujing had shut down permanently

This service hotel exceeded our expectations. It is conveniently located In popular shopping district with variety of trendy stores and restaurants. Service reception and concierge were courteous and helpful without being intrusive. We highly recommend this hotel as go to when visiting Beijing.

Breakfast was great! Pool/spa and gym were wonderful and never cowded. Great location with tones of restaurants and shopping in the area. Walking distance to many tourist sites.

Pros: The hotel is centrally located and metro station is about a 10 min walk away. The hotel room is equipped with a laundry machine which is helpful during a long trip. The front desk staff spoke a little bit of English. Upon check in, Lincoln helped us and he was the most fluent in English. Cons: The restroom shower had mold smell and was not maintained well. Inside the shower, the tiles were dirty around the edges and glass. Also, one of the bathtub tiles was broken. I was very disappointed with the quality of the shower. The house keeping service was poor. The first day of check in, I noticed the dinning table had smudges and was never cleaned during the four nights I stayed. Lastly, the bed was hard and stiff. I was expecting much more for being rated 4 out of 5 on Orbitz.

Having access to a washer/dryer ,in the room, was a great bonus when travelling for an extended period. The front desk was very helpful with any questions or concerns. They went above and beyond in helping to book tickets to the Forbidden City.

The location of the hotel is great, 6 mins walk to apm mall. APM mall has all the shopping and food services that you would need. The hotel staff are friendly and the room are clean and big enough for family stay. We have a total of 5 adults and i was upgraded from a 2 bedrooms to 3 bedrooms. The amenities are good, on top of what it is stated, they also provide rental of wheelchair service. The pools are regulated at 27deg c with steam bath, sauna, shower etc facilities. The only set back about this hotel is, the reply via message is little bit slow and the calling of cabs may not be so easily available due to the traffic condition.

The service was 5 star. Lincon at the front desk does his job very well. He was very helpful and professional. I only wish they had bbc to at least watch some english channels. For a 5 star hotel that should he standard. The food was good reasonably priced. The room was spacious and the washing machine was a bonus. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Beijing for sure.

Superb hotel
The hotel is superb. Next to wangfujing shopping area and walking distance to tianamen square n forbidden City. Has full kitchenette - so we cooked simple breakfast n sometimes dinner. Also there is washer dryer in a room. So easy for us to do laundry. Recommended the hotel to others.

Great location but rooms need some updating
Pros- Fantastic location walking distance to Wangfujing Shopping Street n Restaurants, Service Staff very polite Cons- Rooms quite dated and need a spruce up, thermostat in room could not be controlled hence room was always very cold I had booked 2 Studios with kitchen MORE THAN 6mths ago.....but one room came WITHOUT a kitchen and hotel was fully booked so that was disappointing as we specifically wanted studios with kitchens

Fabulous accommodation
Lee Gardens was so much more than we expected...a full-sized apartment beautifully decorated, spacious with a very comfortable king-sized bed. Washer and dryer, shower and soaking tub, kitchen with all the cookware and service ware. All this and 5-star hotel services...gym with sauna and steam room, breakfast was included, restaurant for lunch and dinner, room service, valet service. We were greeted by Lincoln...he is amazing...answered all questions and provided recommendations. Location is perfect for walks to many restaurants, shopping and historic sites...a short 15 minute walk to Forbidden City.

Great staff!! Very helpful!! For short term stays - would be nice to have things like wine opener, paper towels, etc. room service was not that great. Suite was great except bathroom shower needs additional cleaning. Bed looked great, but was hard as a rock!

Avoid this place at all costs...This is a service apartment, not a 5 star hotel. Front staffs didnt know what Expedia gold is and did not honor room upgrade or other benefits. Therefore my friend had to pay extra to upgrade the room for my birthday. [They dont five a F... if its your birthday anyway] The first room we stayed smelled very bad, so we call to change the room. They sent one of the cleaning staffs to us but that staff said he could not smell anything ! So we asked another staff with proper nose to come and he could smell the stink... the first staff just simply said "ohh... may be I smoke too much". No apology at this point... They changed us to the new room with worse view and broken shower + broken laundry machine... we were too tired to to change the room again so we just let that go... Worst hotel to book for your Birthday or any occation. You can find many nicer hotels at this price point.

it’s advertised as 5 star but service overall is very unsatisfactory the staff don’t understand english well and were not helpful when my daughter was sick late at night didn’t help in getting a taxi and the night staff have no idea were to go for emergency hospital

Definite recommendation for staying
Front office staff was very helpful and spoke English quite well. The room was clean and well appointed - we mainly needed access to laundry since we stayed here after a week in Shanghai and the combo washer/dryer worked well. Location was also good - close shopping and food, pretty easy to grab an inexpensive taxi to most locations. The staff helped arrange a tour to the great wall that, although comparatively expensive, was excellent: we learned a lot about Beijing and Chinese culture that extended way beyond details on the construction of the wall. We would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future and would easily recommend it to anyone we know.

Location, location, location
We loved the location of the Lee Garden. It was close to the Metro, The Forbidden City and some really good restaurants. The staff were friendly and tried to accommodate us but it was difficult to communicate as not many spoke English

Our family were vacationing in Beijing for a week and split our time between Lee garden and Grand Hyatt (less than 1/4 mile away). We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite at both hotels and Lee Garden beats Hyatt over everything: price, space, service, amenities. Especially loved the in unit washer/dryer combo :-)! Guess for our next trip to Beijing, Lee Garden will be our only hotel choice.

We really love this apartment hotel. It is clean and spacious, located right next to Wangfuijing. The staff are professional and friendly. If you stay for more than a week, this is the place because it offers laundry facility in your room.

Great location and spacious rooms make for a great experience in Beijing. The breakfast buffet was great especially with kids for a nice start in the morning if you are headed to any day trips or tours. They have a nice health center with gym, sauna, steam, pool and jacuzzi to relax a bit. Make sure you bring a hair cap in China as it seems to be required in most pools (you can purchase there for around $4 US so no big deal). Close to lots of high end hotels and restaurants, the subway and lots of shopping. Highly recommend if you want an apartment type stay.

I have stayed here for 5 or 6 times in the past 10 years. The location is superb; the staff are friendly. Some rooms are getting worn out and need renovation. The wood floor squeaks and could be annoying.

My family of four adults stayed in a two bedroom deluxe suite. It was spacious, beautiful, and had two sparkling clean bathrooms so my family could really relax at the end of the day. My mother-in-law loved it! My daughter particularly enjoyed the breakfast with a good mix of western and Chinese offerings. Perhaps most importantly, this property is in a great location with an easy one and half block walk to shopping and restaurants. I would definitely love to stay here again!

Great first trip to Beijing
The staff was very accommodating, especially Lincoln, who went out of his way to assist us. Not all of the staff spoke English, but they made sure to find someone who did to help us when needed. The room was very comfortable with lots of amenities. The washer/dryer in the room was especially appreciated. The buffet breakfast was pretty good, with many Asian and western options. Very close to Wangfujing walking street and Forbidden City. The pool and sauna were great. I would definitely stay here again!
