Apartment is very well equipped. We were super impressed that there were even scissors and a lemon squeezer! Staff very helpful. The area is a little noisy at night but you are right in the middle of the Gothic quarter.

Spacious, clean, wonderful area. Only complaint is that’s the walls are thin and being in the middle of the Gothic quarter it’s quite loud

Amazing!
The whole stay was perfect. Location is ideal and the apartment was easily the most comfortable I've ever stayed in. Decent sized rooms with everything you'd need. Communication was brilliant from the first email to check in. Wouldn't consider staying anywhere else in future!

I like the apartment. It was even better that I expected. Spacious, clean, and located at the great area. We walked to the beach about 15 min. The subway is very close. A lot of places to eat (La Luna is great restaurant), souvenir shops, supermarkets; Arco de Triunfo only 9 min walking. If you need to get to the airport, I would say you can risk it and take a train as they have recommend it, but only if you have a lot of time. I would take a bus next time. I like this place, the employees was very nice, I would stay here again.

The staff are very friendly and so helpful. On arrival, booking in was easy and all details about the unit were very clearly explained to us. They were also more than happy to book tours for us and gave of their time to provide clear directions. 5 stars for the staff.

Great stay in Barcelona
The apartment was great and in an incredible location. One of the best neighborhoods in Barcelona with easy access to any part of the city. The only negative was work being done on the building during our stay and it could get quite noisy at times as sounds travels easily through the walls. But that is to be expected in a historic neighborhood like El Born with mostly older buildings. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend this apartment.

Nicely situated apartment in La Ribera
We enjoyed our stay in Barcelona. The apartment was in an excellent location for accessing the "old city" and was within a 5 minute walk to the metro to access other parts of the city. We stayed in a 2 bedroom, one bathroom for 3 people. It was located on the 3rd floor and there was an elevator. The building was secured and was close to the rental office. The office staff were very accommodating, friendly and helpful. We were close to many bars, restaurants and shops and within steps of the Santa Maria del Mar church and placa and within minutes to the Picasso Museum, Passeig del Born and la Barcelonita harbor. The apartment was clean and had all of the basics needed for our stay. There were large windows and French doors for natural light. It could use some updating but even without those, it was absolutely fine for what we needed. I would stay there again for sure!

Great location in El Borne
The location was fantastic and the staff were very helpful. These are unserviced apartments (although cleaning, towel changes are available for an extra fee). We stayed with our two teenage children. The common area and 2nd bedroom were smaller than we expected from the pictures. The bathroom layout was good/spacious, but the tile in the shower was old and hadn’t been scrubbed in a while. There was a lot of mildew/mold in the grout. The furniture in the common area was a bit tired- the sofa was worn out and needs to be replaced. As the company states, the lift is very small and the stairs are narrow and steep. We stayed on the 4th floor and generally took the stairs with no problem, but if you have trouble with stairs you may not be happy on the higher floors.I would stay there again because the location was fabulous.

Great location
Overall we loved the apartment in Barcelona - it used space really well and allowed us to have an extremely comfortable spot to land and siesta. Amenities were great including a well stocked kitchen and laundry facility in room that was free. Highlights: - Locations was phenomenal, just a few blocks from the Picasso museum with a ton of amazing restaurants and shops near by - The entire apartment was well furnished and comfortable with a lot of great light including both a private as well as a shared balcony near the elevator - The building and neighborhood felt safe and included a PED entry to the building for added safety There were only a few things that stood out that could be improved: - We needed to be very precise about when we would arrive. The lobby is not staffed 24 hours and when our flight was delayed coming in, the woman that checked us in made a few comments about how we were lucky she was still there - Directions they provided didn't help us find it. Even when close to the location, locals had no idea where it was and we wound up getting a pedi cab to get us there. Even with his GPS, still took a few circles to find it - Our apartment was on the top floor and one of the things we discovered is that if the elevator isn't run, it goes into a dormant state that means it "resets" it self. The noise, which is a loud clang, didn't bother me, but did keep my partner up one night. So, may not be the best for light sleepers.

This is a very well equipped and well run self-catering apartment in a central location in Barcelona. The bells from Santa Maria del Mar chime from 7 a.m until 11 p.m. and there can be a bit of street noise at night, but this is a small price to pay for such a central and atmospheric location. We thoroughly enjoyed our ten night stay there.

Roof apartment in El Born
Studio apartment right in the heart of El Born. Location is excellent with everything you need on your doorstep. Explore all the narrow streets with lovely shops, bars & restaurants. Very lively in the evenings. All main attractions and beach are within walking distance. The office for the apartments is located in the same building and the team were very helpful. Andrea especially when she emailed us details of metro times & routes when our plans changed at short notice.

Amazing stay. There were 4 of us apartment was spacious with all the essentials! Couldn't beat the location close to the beach, harbour, gothic quarter and las ramblas all walking distance! Hop on and off bus stop 2min walk from apartment. Close to loads of cafes restaurants Nd shops. Staff were amazing and helpful wouldn't definitely be back

The staff at Inside Barcelona were so great - incredibly helpful with check-in, walk-through, and any other needs we had. The location of the apartment was perfect - next to the Gothic Quarter and within (short) walking distance of most major attractions, including shopping, amazing restaurants, and the beach, in the city. The apt was super comfortable and clean. The noise in the Gothic Quarter was high throughout most of the night - but that's to be expected in the areas of any city where people come to eat and drink. We could not have had a more authentic or amazing experience.

Absolutely perfect location. City and beach
We had an amazing 7 day stay in Barcelona. This appartement is centrally located in the old city part "EL BORN", small typical Spanish streets and surrounded by great restaurants, bars, shops. El Born is an up and coming area with a very creative, urban vibe. We were 10/15 minutes away walking from the beautiful beaches of Barceloneta, and a metro ride away from the Llevant beaches. We also could access any other neighbourhood by foot all within 30 minutes. If you love walking Barcelona is a great city to discover walking around. As well the local train station El Franca is 5 minutes from there and if you wish you can hop on a train to get to Montserrat or Stijes for the day.End of August is a good time to visit this city as it's less busy, and although some shops close down for their annual holidays there is no shortage of anything you may wish for. Each neighbourhood has a market, ours was Sant Catrina with lots of fresh fruits, veggies amazing Spanish cured hams, and if you love fresh seafood this is the pace to go and get it. We would love to go back as it's an easy, safe and so vibrant city to explore.

An OK Apartment with Good Location
The staff who showed us the apartment was very friendly. The staff helped us with metro to Sagrada Família and Segway information didn't have correct knowledge and direct us in the wrong way. The room was overall clean with some moldy spots on the shower wall. Not enough toilet paper and shampoo for four night stay. The location was very good in the old town with many good restaurants and close to the water front, Picasso Museum and Jaume l Metro station . Unfortunately, two of the top recommended restaurants closed for August holiday.

Great location, comfortable apartment!
This apartment was everything we were looking for, very clean, spacious and felt like home. The location was perfect with the tourist buses a 3 minute walk from the building and a range of restaurants all in different directions to suit all needs. Close to the beach, the Olympic port in walking distance which also had great nightlife of bars and beautiful restaurants, as well as La Ramblas being a walkable distance away. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely apartment in excellent location
Lovely apartment in an excellent location, everything is on your doorstep or within walking distance. Friday & Saturday nights can be a little noisy in the early hours as people walk by chatting in the street outside on their way home. Would stay here again.

Lovely apartment in great location.
This is a fantastic apartment I would recommend it if you want to be in a nice area close to everything. The staff could not be more helpful, we arrived early, our apartment was ready, we were shown around it and told how everything worked etc. This apartment has everything you need it has air con and heating, balcony from lounge and bedroom looking onto a quaint quiet street, loved it. We were not leaving until 3 and had to be out of the apartment by 12 which is a very reasonable time, we could leave our cases in the office downstairs while we carried on sight seeing, no hassle at all. The directions we were given to and from the apartment were very easy to follow, we found it no problem. Would stay here again.

Lovely apartment in quaint area of the city
Very impressive customer service from the Inside Barcelona staff, a good two bed appt in a lovely central location. We were a family of four with two teenagers. Those with young children may struggle if the tiny lift breaks - many steep, narrow stairs up to the appts!

A perfect stay
I really can't fault the company or the accommodation. We stayed in Esparteria in a 2 bedroom apartment. When I contacted the company by phone before travelling they were so helpful with information and sent me further details by email. On arrival the welcome was very warm and we were helped with luggage. The apartment was fully introduced to us and we were given information about the local area and attractions further afield. The apartment was very well equipped and it was amazing to stay in an old building in the heart of the gothic quarter in Barcelona but with such a modern interior and in air conditioned comfort. The local area was amazing and the whole family enjoyed the narrow streets and views from our balconies as well as the local bakery and proximity to the beaches and public transport. I would truly like to thank all the staff for making our stay so easy and for looking after us so well. Inside Barcelona is the only company I will use when staying in Barcelona in future. A very personal touch.

Excellent choice for Barcelona
We were very happy with our stay at Inside Barcelona Esparteria. Our one bedroom apartment was clean, modern and spacious in a lovely old part of town. Everything we needed (groceries, restaurants, metro stations) were nearby and the staff were friendly, spoke English well and were always more than willing to help us with any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again if/when we return to Barcelona. The only improvement I would suggest is that when you stay for longer than 3 or so days, they provide you with a clean set of towels without a 10 Euro charge.

Ideal Location
We were met by Helena who showed us the apartment and explained how everything worked. She was also very informative about places to eat and visit. On the first evening I lost the hotel key in a restaurant. I called Helena who kindly came to the rescue and reprogrammed two new sets of keys so that we could gain access to the apartment. Would highly recommend this apartment as it is in an ideal location and walking distance to most places of interest.

Perfect Girls Getaway
Myself and three other girls stayed for four nights in this wonderful apartment. The location was fantastic - right in the heart of the El born area which was full of tapas, bars and independent shopping. Walking distance to anywhere worth visiting - Cuitadella Parc, Port Vell and the train station for access to anywhere else! The apartment - this was the first time we had stayed in an apartment rather than a hotel as a group and found the experience perfect for our needs. The apartment was well equipped kitchen wise - we even found a jug for our sangria! Beds were incredibly comfortable and the three (yes THREE!) balconies that surrounded us opened up the space even more. We had the perfect holiday, everything made 100% by our apartment and the team at Inside BCN. Especially Laura, who helped us plan our trip with such ease. Most definitely will be returning to this apartment! Already looking at later this month! Thanks for a fantastic time!

Very Nice apartment in the center of Barcelona
The Apartement was very nice. It was in 2 Minute walking distance of the famous cathedral St Maria del Mar in the center of the medieval old town. There are a lot of Tappas- and Winebars, Restaurants and Boutiques. The personal (office in the same house) was very helpful and always very friendly.

Great apartment in Barcelona!
Loved this place! The location was excellent and in the cool neighborhood of Born, loads of great places to eat that weren't too "touristy". The staff in the office (around the corner from the apartment) were amazing and great for giving us recommendations and super helpful. The apartment was very spacious, large living room with kitchen attached, decent bedroom, lovely bathroom. Only niggle is that there is a 80 litre capacity to the hot water (=15 min shower or one moderately filled bath) so if there are a few of your staying there could be a problem. They said it takes about 1.5 hours to refill/reheat the water tank. This didn't bother us though. Don't expect cleaning services, etc. as this is not a hotel, just like if you were renting an apartment. I actually preferred this to a hotel. All in all a great stay!
