Lamentamos no haber estado a la altura de sus expectativas, de haberlo sabido hubiésemos podido buscar una alternativa para usted, quizás otro hotel de superior categoria , tambien de nuestra cadena y situado en la misma zona, sentimos no haberle podido ayudar. Gracias por destacar nuestra limpieza y desayuno, y sin duda nuestro servicio, uno de nuestros puntos fuertes. Tomamos nota de todas sus sugerencias para mejorar. Estamos ya poniendo algún colgador adicional en los baños. Al respecto de los amenities, tenemos shampoo y gel en dosificadores pero tambien un pack con amenities de bienvenida donde si hay pañuelos, set de cepillo de dientes y asi como otros detalles. No se si quizás no vio el pack de bienvenida o si por error no estaba en su habitación o bien si este pack no le pareció suficiente, de haberlo sabido hubiesemos puesto remedio. Al respecto de los canales , en todas las habitaciones hay canales internacionals con mas de un canal por idioma. Tomamos nota, una vez mas acerca de sus propuestas que sin duda nos ayudaran a mejorar. Animamos a nuestros clientes a que nos informen de todos sus inconvenientes durante su estancia para poder resolverlos de inmediato. Sentimos no haber podido ayudarle. Saludos cordiales.
