The property was perfect for a family, everything we needed was available, from easy access to public transport, to a number of grocery and retail stores on the doorstep. Fantastic restaurants within a ten minute walking radius. The property itself was to a really high standard, comfy and well equipped. Staff were also lovely and very helpful.

We booked this last minute and were arriving late but the entry instructions arrived promptly and were very clear. We were dubious about the electronic key generation but it was easy. The property was spacious and clean with lots of facilities. The bed was comfy although the black out blinds don’t really exclude the light entirely. The shower was good. In the morning we met the reception team who were lovely and helpful. The property is near the metro and places to eat. We can recommend the Chips and Fish shop around the corner and the lovely coffee/bakery on the corner on other side of the road

Full sized apartment was great for our family. It's a very well run and well maintained hotel, with has good quality furnishings. Staff was pleasant and the check in after hours was easy. Something to consider is that it's an older building so you can hear the people upstairs and the sound of the elevator opening etc. Overall wonderful though.

This is an excellent spot and excellent property. We stayed in one bedroom (sleeps 4) apartment on the second floor. All as described, immaculate clean, makes you feel like home away from home. Fully equipped, has got everything you need for everyday life. Very easy communication, great check in service done by Carolina. Price was also very competitive. If visiting Barcelona again, will choose the same place for stay :) highly recommend

Great apartment in an excellent location. Modern decor, well appointed and clean. Lovely old building, reception staff were helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the apartment next to ours was being renovated so hammering and banging all day which we weren't informed about. The after hours check in machine was very temperamental, re-booting and refusing our documents, spoke to other guests who encountered the same issue. Black out blinds in the bedroom would also be a good idea as the light streams through. But overall you could do a lot worse and if we ever return to Barcelona I would certainly consider staying here again. Location a good hub for major attractions, Rocafort metro station is on the doorstep as is the nearest supermarket.

This place was a great location for St. Stephens day to visit the many booths just outside the hotel. We only stayed 1 night but the room was a good size for our family of 6 and we liked the complimentary coffee and washer/dryer. Only improvement would be them filling up shower containers between guests.

Stayed for 1 week with my family. The apartment was extremely clean and comfy. Staff were super friendly and helpful and very easy to communicate with. Metro station is right next to the enterance. If I ever went back to Barcelona, I will always pick this place.

Clean, modern and spacious apartment in a fabulous location close to all the main attractions in Barcelona. The only slight negative was the noise coming from the other apartments and the busy road outside, but overall we loved our stay and would definitely return.

We travelled as a family of 4 (2 adults 2 teens). We stayed at a one bedroom apartment. The kids loved their two twin beds that are separated by a Japanese looking sliding door. We have our own bedroom. There's a small dining table and living room. Room decor is clean and modern. We loved the balcony looking over the street. That is where I have my morning coffee. Bedroom and everything was great, clean and modern. There's a small kitchen with coffee maker, kettle, cutlery etc. We loved the location. We felt safe. The streets are fairly clean. There is locker storage on the main floor to store your luggage. There's an elevator but it is small. A few cons : street can be abit loud but the windows once closed dampen it. You can still hear it slightly so if you're sensitive to noise, highly recommend ear plugs. Half the wall plugs didn't work so I had to unplug the lamps to charge our devices. The room came with two toilet paper rolls and when we asked for more, we were told we will be charged for additional. When I booked the room I didn't see this being mentioned. Front desk did recommend that I can easily purchase extras at the nearby supermarket. Laundry machine was tricky to understand. Recommend googling manual in English. When checkout, you have to take the garbage out. Not a big deal just didn't see it being mentioned when I booked the room on Expedia. Overall, I would stay here again.

My husband and I were there for 8 nights. We found the women, Carolina, Eva and Julieta were very kind, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. When situations arose that needed prompt attention, they were there to assist. Having a kitchen, washer/dryer and other amenities made our stay easy. All 3 of the women spoke English well. The location of the apartment was perfect. Walking distance to the Metro, and a great food market near another Metro, a 10 minute walk. (Mercodona Supermarket) It is located below street level at the Playa de Espana Metro Station.

Can’t fault our stay here, apartment was really clean and to a high standard and very good value for money. I would say about 25 mins from La Rambla but the taxis are so cheap in Barcelona we had no issues getting around. Would recommend and stay here again

It had room to sleep my wife and I and our daughter and 3 grandsons. It said in the description that it had a balcony, but it did not. Beds were comfortable. Good full sized kitchen with dishwasher and larger refrigerator

This is a good property for travelers with young children. The apartment suites are equipped with kitchenette and laundry which is a big plus. It’s relatively quiet. One thing to note is checkout was frustrating. There is one “old school” elevator in the property so we left ourselves plenty of time to do the same for checkout. The morning of checkout, we waited 20 minutes but the elevator would not stop for us. Eventually my husband had to carry the stroller and luggage down 3 flights of stairs while I waited with the kids. I was also not thrilled with the receptionist. When we arrived we noticed the towels in the bathroom appeared used. They were tossed over top of the towel dryer as though someone had used them. I asked the receptionist about this on our way out to explore the area. She was defensive, insisting that the rooms are all cleaned. I said “I’m sure they are but aren’t new towels normally folded?” To which she replied that they don’t fold towels at this hotel (LOL). I took her at her word but when my husband showered after our evening out, he saw hair products from the previous guests, so they did not clean. She was also difficult when we asked for a taxi. She told us it would take more than 20 minutes so we called our own. Lastly we found a passport outside and tried to report it to her, she asked me to take it to the police myself, directing me to a station “5 minutes away”. It was 30 min, and closed when we got there. Where’s the hospitality?

All the apartments are cleaned on each departure, bed linen and towels are changed and put new ones for our new guests. When we say that we do not fold the towels, it is because we hang them on the clothesline in the bathroom, of course they are new and clean for each new guest. You thought the towels were not clean because you found them hanging instead of folded and because of this, according to you, they looked dirty, however, you did tell us there were no stains on the towels. Nervertheless, we changed all your towels later, because our main goal is to satisfy our guests wishes and we work hard to have a high level of cleanliness.Regarding the hair products you referred to that were in the bathroom, the gel shower and shampoo, obviously, are not from previous guests, they are Eric Vökel brand products, as you can see from the packaging. It is a pity that you did not tell us about this during your stay to explain it to you in order for you to feel more confident.As far as the issue for the taxi is concerned, when our guests ask us to book a taxi, we inform our guests that the time to arrive from the call to their arrival is about 15/20 minutes as we only work with one company and the waiting time depends on how close they are or if there is availability at the time we call, that is why we always tell you the estimated time in case you are in a hurry and then, you can decide if taking an alternative transportation.Finally, regarding the passport you found on the street, we could do nothing about it, but just checking it did not belong to any of our guests. This is we advised you to bring it to the police station, which is 5 minutes away from our apartments, in Plaza España.Our entire team works to make you feel like at home. Really nice apartment, very clean, comfy and. Overly decorated. Great location for the exhibition venue and lovely cafes nearby. I got there about 1930, checked in on the machine but it had run out of key cards. There was one in a key safe which I learned after I rang them. There is someone o. Reception from 0900 to 1700 which doesn’t help when you arrive/ leave/ return outside these hours. I spent 2 of the 3 days using the emergency key. Had I lost that I was have been in trouble. This was very frustrating and a big negative for the venue. Especially if they get regular exhibition residents as I expect they do given the proximity.
