"We stayed in Hampton inn Maui north shore. We opted for ocean facing with refrigerator and microwave. The stay was very nice and the staff were friendly. It hosts a private beach right behind the property. Very convenient to travel west and east of Maui"

"This property is across to the beach and lots of food options close by. Staffs are super friendly. Jamila, staff from the pool are super helpful and friendly. Always smile and treat us like families. Same as the staffs from the shuttle service are always nice. Free shuttle within 3 miles is super convenient. Definitely will come back to this hospital."

"The staff was quick with communication about the check-in process and late check-out requests. I just hope they clean outside the rooms so it feels welcoming."

"My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was truly incredible. So many amazing restaurants within a walkable distance, which we preferred since we didn’t have a car, and Whalers Village has a ton of great stores as well. Would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone and is extremely family friendly."

"We absolutely love Napili shores! It is such an authentic Hawaiian vibe without the high rise feel. The grounds are stunning and the staff is absolutely fantastic. A big shout out to Dylan and Angel. Also to the nice housekeeping gentleman who brought an extra blanket for our bed. You can’t ask for a better location right on Napili Bay. We can’t wait to return in October! Mahalo!"

"The room smells moldy. Now I have a respiratory problem. Hopefully it goes away soon. Was really bad mold smell. How can you keep renting it out. Mold and ashtray smell. You can hear the water dripping between the shower wall and sink. Probably why smells moldy. Noise during night, sounds like a helicopter all night outside the window, was loud enough to keep you awake. Front desk staff during check in was very nice."

"We loved this hotel. While it's not a classic 'on the beach' resort, beaches are close by and the overall setting is beautiful. We had one of the 'fire lanai' rooms which turned out to be a great choice. The staff was great too. Next time we go to Maui, we plan to stay here again!"

"The location is excellent and having direct beach access is definitely a major plus. Unfortunately, the property itself is in need of significant improvements. Our room had a strong humid, musty odor that was very unpleasant. We had to sleep with the windows open because whenever the room was closed up, opening the door would bring back the heavy smell immediately. The walls and carpeting also appeared worn and unclean. While the location is wonderful, I don't think I would stay here again...
