“Great hotel near the airport”

We were upgraded to a beautiful and spacious suite. The staff was extremely helpful. Good food.

“Excellent hotel”

Great value hotel! I love staying here. It is a different kind of location for such a quality hotel but it works because of nearby malls, closeness to the airport but also a nearby station to get you downtown on the train.

“Great for short stay or overnight in Bangkok!”

This hotel is a good selection if you are in transit or have an early departure. The hotel offers free shuttle, Wi-Fi, and welcome drinks. It's clean, affordable & much nicer than Novotel at the Airport. The only downside is the drive to the city center, approximately 30 minutes during none rush hour conditions. Otherwise I highly recommend this hotel.

“Disappointing”

The hotel was nice, a little further from the Airport than I expected. This Hotel was more for business travellers. The breakfast was little disappointing, not much variety and the service at breakfast was disappointing too.

“Awesum Hotel But not family friendly country”

Hotel was awesome but i will not recommend any family to visit bangkok as people dont speak or understand any other lang except thaii.........with families everyone will try to rip you off and you cannot do anything.....Live one of the example is i was charged Baht 150 even though taxi meter showed Baht 67....you cannot do anything if you are with a family.......

“Very happy with the hotel”

Good overall hotel, no complaints. Staff very friendly and helpful even if they didn't speak English, certainly was not a problem. Food satisfactory although the nightly buffet is probably a bit expensive for what you pay for. A la Carte was better and relatively cheap.
