Location is great with lots to do in the surrounding area. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Biggest issue encountered was our room reaked of cigarette smoke. I suspect this floor was once smoking friendly, as approximately half of the floors in the building are still smoking friendly. The staff were willing to spray air freshener a few times, but this only masked the smell for a short period of time. I struggled to sleep for a few hours each night due to a burning sensation in my nose and mild nausea from the smell. Cockroaches were seen immediately outside the building (but never inside); this may be normal for Bangkok, I’m not sure. Best part of the stay was the value (excellent price for square footage).

Room ok..not noisy..i stayed 7 days but sometimes not change my bed sheet..i notice items also not give a new one..this hotel more to older people to stay..anyway it convinces ...the sauna to small ..food for breakfast ok.

Good value hotel in a good location
It was a very pleasant stay after a long journey. The room is spacious and quiet. The staff was constantly maintaining the breakfast buffet for quality.

Liked it so much I came back twice!
Perfect location, pool and amazing friendly staff. Came here 4 years ago and now it's the only place I'll stay in BKK. Will be booking again for when I return to BKK from Chiang Mai in 5 days. Easy access to BTS and Metro lines.

Amazing value for the money. Nice hotel with green spaces in middle of city. room very spacious. WiFi EXCELLENT…nice and simple free breakfast great location for everything.

The staff here were quite unfriendly - not one staff member could muster a welcome, greeting or smile. Rooms are large but dated. Noise from the street was a problem at night, but the location is good.

On arrival, I had to raise my voice cause the hotel changed the room condition without any notice and they said I have to wait for another day for the room I booked. It didn't make any sense as I should get what I booked or needed to be noticed in advance. So I can decide if I stay here or cancel. Anyway, they gave the room that I booked at the end. Which means, they had a room but didn't give until I started arguing. Apart from that, the location is great. Easy to access anywhere by taxi, bus or even train. So many local shops and markets in walking distance. Staff are very nice. Small swimming pool but cute. Cleaning attended everyday. Little bit smelly at first but got better later. Affordable price. In general, most things are great. I'd like to stay again if I visit Bangkok next time.
