Very friendly staff at The Wolas. The villa is large and comfortable, with a nice pool but too much chlorine. The property is starting to look a little tired. Not the best location.

The Private pool is the best thing and made the stay quite nice . Outdoor area is beautiful. Staff were friendly, kind, and helpful. Property feels safe. Biggest issue is mosquitos ,completely covered in mozzie bites by the end of it and so uncomfortable. Property is nice but not cleaned very well.

The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, which has been a positive aspect of my experience. However, I believe there is room for improvement in the overall condition of the property. Additionally, there is an issue with mosquitoes, and I feel that the management should take steps to address this concern.

The Wolas is situated in the heart of Seminyak yet it feels so peaceful and quiet within its walls. The villas are roomy, comfortable and very private. The staff here are amazing! So welcoming & friendly without being intrusive. We have stayed many times and will again. Our home away from home in Bali.

A peaceful oasis in the vibrant bustling Seminyak. Every time we would come back to the hotel from walking around town we would be greeted by the friendly staff and tranquil flute music in the lobby. It was a beautiful stay. This was our first time staying in a villa with a private pool…what a luxury! We would gladly come back.

This property was very clean fantastic staff food really good close to everything walking distance to beech and shops restaurants recommended it already to friends and will definitely go back villa we stayed in was unbeatable so big and spacious loved every minute of our 2 weeks we stayed there and will definitely go back

We absolutely loved the space in the one bedroom Villa. Pool was awesome. Staff so lovely and always happy to see you. Had the room decorated for our anniversary and my husband’s birthday, they did a great job. Candle light dinner for two was very romantic as well. Great breakfast. Loved my massage at the Villa as well. About 30min walk to beach. Shops everywhere on the way. Would love to go back there one day. Thanks to all at the Wolas Villa and Spa.

A nice laid back spot of luxury

The villa was amazing ! Felt very new and modern. The pool is the perfect size and the outdoor area was perfect to get some work / reading in as it was so cozy. The bed is so so comfy and big as well. The shower is a really good size but the pressure and temperature kept changing by itself. Definitely needs more lighting in the bathroom as it was really hard to see at night or if it was overcast but overall the bathroom was very spacious and they provide a bunch of amenities. The staff were AMAZING and we will definitely be back!

The staff are fantastic, very curteous, polite and helpful. The grounds and cleanliness were fab. The matress was very hard and impacted sleep time. I ordered a hotel taxi to pick us up from the airport, however there was a miscommunication at the hotel end, and wasnt there. I called up a d the hotel promptly dispatched a driver. There was a waiting time.

Beautiful and comfortable villa, only problem was noisy air con unit in bedroom area, so turned it off, and turned up one in bathroom area to help sleeping. Told reception, so hope they will fix it.

I stayed at the Wolas Villas with my wife and 4 year old for 13 nights. It was a fantastic stay made even better by all of the staff who are so friendly, helpful and welcoming. They simply couldnt do enough for us and we are so grateful. The villa is beautiful, clean and quiet. It had all of the amenities we required to enjoy our stay. The breakfasts were excellent and tasted fresh everyday. We ate lunch and dinner a couple of times and that was also fantastic. We arranged transport to and from the airport which was so easy and reassuring directly with Wolas. Overall a fantasic stay and would highly recommend.

Staff are very hospitable and service is excellent. Restaurant is very good and the villas are luxurious. Good location with a lot of tourist places a short taxi ride (or use the free shuttle from the villas) away. Convenience stores and a few good restaurants a short walk down the road. The spa on site is well worth it. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Wolas with our two young children. These villas are lovely but they are better suited to adults as the two bedroom villas aren’t interconnecting which we didn’t realise until we arrived. The staff at the Wolas are great to deal with and provide genuine service A great place for adults, not recommended for children

The property looked and felt aged but clean and quiet. The room is surprisingly nice, pleasant and spacious. The sinks and showers drained well which is important for us to fell clean and sanitized. The down side is the property doesn’t have a fitness room.

Lovely property, we booked a free standing 2 rooms unit with private pool, (it was the best .)And separately lounge with kitchenette. Room services, cleaning up every day. Services staffs all friendly,courtesy ,warm-hearted . Verry happy staying here, will come back if have a chance

The stay was exceptional in every sense. From the staff who served us from head to toe accommodating every tiny detail and request. Always patient and kind. Aristana was an amazing host and the employee of the year that’s a fact as he attended to every request quickly and promptly and above all always exercised kindness and laughter. Every need was taken care of and everyone always made us feel happy and safe. The villa was absolutely stunning, warm and cozy! It was everything and more than we have hope for. We will be going back soon and look forward to seeing the amazing people who became our dear friends! The property was gorgeous, the staff exceptional and went above and beyond our need, food was amazing and the prayers even more.

We loved our stay at Wolas! From the pickup at the airport all the way through to our departure, staff were the friendliest i have come across. The willingness to help at any time 24 hours a day is amazing. We loved our villa, it was spacious clean and comfortable. It was cleaned daily. The breakfast was lovely every morning and bought to our villa always on time when we requested. Bring your mozzie spray though as you will get bitten outside (probably dependant on weather) We will be back!!

Une équipe exceptionnelle
Très bon séjour, mention spéciale pour les différentes équipes des différents services. De la réception, au service en salle , les masseuses du spa , jardiner ou encore, l’entretien des villas , toutes et tous étaient super … Nourriture correcte , belle établissement mais vieillissant, beau volume , villa A103 trop près de la route à notre goût. Il doit y avoir de meilleurs emplacements plus calme . Nous recommandons l’endroit, nous avons passé un super séjour , merci à Anom le réceptionniste pour son extrême gentillesse, serviabilité et conseil . Merci à tous , nous n’avions pas les prénoms de tout le monde …
