Having stayed there on 3 previous occasions,the last time,2 years ago,the property has fallen into a state of disrepair.appear no.or limited maintenance/upkeep of amenities is being undertaken,at check in,another customer was being moved from unsatisfactory room for the 3rd time?we booked and paid for 2x interconnected sets of rooms due to children accompanying us.on arrival,we were given 3 x seperate single rooms,one of which the bathroom could not be used due it’s state and smell.we eventually got one set of interconnected rooms,and one double room,with no compensation for the loss of the 4th room.the booked price with Expedia was $570 odd for interconnected rooms,however we were charged $660 for single room,not happy.the staff as always were great.we loved staying there once, but unfortunately there have lost a very loyal returnining customer.
