"Loved this hotel!!! While I didnt take advantage of all the amenities offered. I felt the hotel was central location to alot of the sites. I loved that they provided a map at check-in of the city which helped with touring the many sites. Also loved the sweet treats provided at turn down service. Great hotel and great service from front desk to house keeping."

"I can’t wait to stay at Lumiares again. The check in process was fast and friendly, the attendant walked me to my room and showed me around, the room was absolutely gorgeous and so comfortable, the Lumi Rooftop (its vibe, staff, food and drinks) was absolutely incredible, it’s located in a fantastic location- walkable to many beautiful sight seeing stops and shops (including the 2nd largest ZARA in the world). The spa was really nice too- had a fantastic deep tissue massage by a male masseuse...

"Most excellent stay! The lobby, rooms and amenities were all above pair! The staff was helpful, friendly and extremely v professional. The location was right in the middle and was walking distance from ALL the places we wanted to visit, yet was away from the noisy nightlife. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit!!!!"

"The staff were very helpful and kind. Our first room had a smelly bathroom, but we were moved to another room that did not smell.
It was a bit older than we thought, but all if old Lisbon is very old. Overall it was an interesting place to stay. The location was fun."

"My room doesn’t look like how it’s pictured, or even similar in structure. It’s a lot smaller, there’s no door or window that leads to a Juliette balcony like pictured. Check in was also challenging as the front is very discrete, I received no check in instructions, only ran into front desk after searching for the entrance for a while.
The place is clean though, and my unit faces the back, so no noise from the street, although walls pretty thin so I do hear neighbors. Front desks are helpful...

We loved My Suites. It's in an ideal location - just a block from some very nice shopping and restaurants to the North, and an easy walk to Chiado, the TimeOut Market, Castelo de São Jorge and more.
Bairro Alto - the neighbourhood around My Suites - is a clubbing area (which may be to your liking or not). It can get quite busy at night. BUT: the street that My Suites is on is dead quiet. We could not hear any noise at night, even with our courtyard window...
