Any requests or questions we had were handled promptly and with a positive attitude, which really enhanced our experience.
The location is simply outstanding. It allowed us to fully enjoy the charm and atmosphere of Boston while being within walking distance of many of the city’s most iconic attractions, restaurants, and neighborhoods. We spent several days exploring the city without needing a car, and The Lenox served as the perfect home base.
The hotel itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and full of character. It offers a unique blend of historic charm and modern comfort that made our stay feel special. The rooms were comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and honestly, there was not a single aspect of our stay that left us disappointed.
If there were a swimming pool, I would consider this a perfect five-star hotel. Even without one, the overall experience exceeded many luxury five-star chain hotels we have stayed at over the years. The level of service, attention to detail, atmosphere, and location were truly exceptional.
