"Usually free breakfast is pretty bad, but this one was quite good. Mini omelets, hot cinnamon rolls, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit - plenty of choices and good quality. The beds were comfortable and we didn’t hear a lot of noise in the hotel itself or from the busy traffic outside."

"I would definitely recommend this place. It is very convenient and strategically located if you are doing business in the area but still need easy access to downtown. It is quiet, safe, and the staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The only inconvenience was that the elevator was under maintenance during our stay, so at times we had to wait longer than expected."

"The property is ungoing renovation. We were given a renovated room so the decors and furnitures are new. The room is spacious and has a fridge and coffee maker. We appreciate the coffee in the lobby and warm cookies at check-in. However, areas around the main entrance give a poor first impression - algeas on the exterior walls, flower pots full of weeds, and dirty luggage carts. These things could've been easily addressed. Breakfast buffet was decent."

"The air conditioner in the room sounded like the furnace in the movie Home Alone. The refrigerator squealed. The shower did not drain at all. And flooded the bathroom. That would explain the nasty and moldy mildew smell the room had. We arrived at 2:50 p.m. and we're told check-in was not until 3:00 and we would have to wait 10 minutes or pay $10 to check in early. About time of day there was nobody in the lobby and nobody in the parking lot the building was pretty empty. Thought that was sort...

"The staff at reception desk was very rude and not helpful on our arrival . Our room had a canopy over the window so there was sunlight coming through and we were not even able to see outside. Our room was not cleaned or bed made or changed. When I called the front desk I was told that they clean every three. When asked for towels was told to come get it. "We found bed bugs in our bed! They moved us to another room but we still felt uncomfortable staying there and left early. We were told they have a bug exterminator come once a month, but I have my doubts. When it comes to maintenance, I think they are just cheap. The door in the bathroom was replaced, and it was easy to tell it was not done be a professional. They seem understaffed and trying to get by on the cheap. But the bed bugs were the real reason we would never stay there...

"Nice place I stay there often but sadly manangement increases prices when events are going on so hard to stay there. Staying there over 13 years. Never given any perks upgrades etc any time I have been there. But I always enjoy it there and close to downtown"
