"The room is small and basic, but it is sufficient and clean. The hotel itself is very quiet. It is next to a Mosque and you can get multiple fantastic Mid-eastern food right across the street."

"I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. While the overall service was not bad, I had to deal with the strong smell of cigarettes and marijuana for 3 of those days. The smell wafted into my room during both the day and night, which made my stay very uncomfortable. It is truly disappointing that this issue was not properly managed or monitored, as the rest of the service was decent."

"We booked this hotel as we were celebrating our 45th Wedding Anniversary in The City! I fell in love with this unique different hotel! Loved how comfortable the beds were and how it was alongside the window so we could see the City Streets. The rooftop was decorated beautifully with plenty of lounging areas. Love the new concept of efficiency hotel, unique ways in saving space. Just wish the had coffee pots in the room. Otherwise , highly recommend!"

"My son and I were traveling and wanted two beds. In NYC that is difficult to find in a boutique hotel for a reasonable rate, but we found cute bunk bed options at Arlo online. The pictures were way better than the actual room. We didn't ever see the sun, we were facing other buildings with zero view.
