"The hotel and rooms are really nice. There is just no service. No one by the pool the bar is closed. They need more staff and then it would be great. Also, music by the pool would be nice. There was no vibe and a little boring. I went on the weekend and it should have full staff."

There was a noticeable layer of dust on the tables, coffee machine, and even the glasses, which gave the impression that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned before my stay. While the hotel has some positive aspects, housekeeping standards need improvement."
