"What a mistake it was to book this place, although the fault is Expedia's as well as the hotels. I definitely booked it for two weeks prior, when I actually needed it, but it came through as a booking for this weekend instead, and since it was non-refundable, I thought I might as well stay the night. "I stayed for two nights in the hotel. The room was clean and tidy. Iron and iron board were provided. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. It will be better if vendoring machine selling drinks is available. Also they forgot to clean my room after the first night, so I give them 4/5."

"Clean room, great staffs, kitchen was clean. Location was good right at the west end. However, there was no elevator. People travelling with luggage’s is really difficult to carry them through the endless staircases to reach to the room. I would highly recommend all the hosteling Scotland's should have lift/elevator at least. Thanks"
