"It’s not like the pictures , it’s all sketchy , dirt on the pool , roof leaking , keys not working, damage TV , if like those motels in the movies You will feel like your in Mumbai or Delhi Clearly material misrepresentation"

The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that the walls were not very sound proof at all. The tv in the living area next door could be heard all night while sleeping in the pullout in our living room. I also woke up to the Rocky theme coming from the room on the other side. Regardless, I think I would stay there again for the room layout and cleanliness."

"The air conditioner in the room sounded like the furnace in the movie Home Alone. The refrigerator squealed. The shower did not drain at all. And flooded the bathroom. That would explain the nasty and moldy mildew smell the room had. We arrived at 2:50 p.m. and we're told check-in was not until 3:00 and we would have to wait 10 minutes or pay $10 to check in early. "Stay was on the 8th floor. Sleep was not great as it is in the flight path of O’Hare Airport and planes fly over every 15 minutes. The first two nights we had NO LARGE TOWELS and had to dry off with hand towels for two days despite multiple requests to get towels to our room. Night staff was friendly and helpful, day staff not so much. The elevator broke and we had to walk down eight flights of stairs twice. "Upsetting that I was given a room that I had to haul all of my luggage up 16 steep stairs. No other room options. I had reserved a room months in advance. The front desk lady said a few stairs, which I found odd being that there is an elevator. Beware…the top floor is by stairs only! Front desk lady was very cold and almost robotic. Not at all friendly. The bed was extra firm. I was told all their beds are the same."
