"A lovely, family-run hotel. We had a beaitiful room thst was v cpsy, and like home-from-home. The service was excellent- meals arrived promptly and were delicious.Our only minor disappointment was that there wasnt a lounge for guests so after pur meal we were sitting chatting on wooden chairs. However, overall, an excellent place to stay! "

"I thought the hotel was lovely. The staff were friendly, hotel and room was clean and tidy, breakfast was good also. I couldnt fault any of the hotel. My fault was with the visitors, they were noisy, banging doors, talking loudly and walking up and down in the corridors at stupid oclock. No consideration for others in the hotel. "

"VERY large room! We had room 15 with a balcony and 2 twin beds. The bathroom was big, has heated floors and a heated towel rack, and good water pressure in the shower. In the closet, there was also spare bedding and a disabled seat for the shower. The beds weren't my favorite, but they did the job. Nice cookies with the coffee pot. It feels like a little apartment. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful. We had dinner there, and the haggis was tasty - very meaty, light on the oats. Definitely recommend this hotel. "
