The Hotel was in a good location with good transport links and close to the cliff top parks and swimming platforms. The room was very spacious with a lovely view out to the surrounding coastline. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom with a big walk in shower was spacious. The room was clean and quiet. The staff were helpful.

Excellent hotel extremely friendly staff clean rooms comfortable bed tea coffee facilities and able to use the Akra hotel across the road.. hammam pool gym free bikes and jazz bar. Such a special stay would definitely return! Thank you

The best hotel I’ve stayed in! I loved every second at Akra V. The walk to the bigger Akra hotel is super short and both hotels have amazing facilities. Akra Fitness is the best gym I’ve visited, the views are amazing and it is well equipped. I also really enjoyed the Pilates classes! The breakfast buffet was really also lovely. başka ol (the cafe under Akra V) is a bit on the pricey side but the Firin next door is reasonably priced. There are good transport links with the buses outside. The rooms are clean and well stocked will all the essentials! (I particularly loved the dumbels and fitness mat) I loved the grounds and outdoor areas. All staff members were polite and helpful. I will definitely be visiting Akra again.

The Akra V is a decent hotel but the Akra is the actual 5 star hotel that is worth staying at. The Akra V is it’s cheaper, less appealing cousin. You get the benefits of the Akra hotel as it’s right across. Staying at the Akra V had a much different vibe; the front desk aren’t as friendly and welcoming.

Akra V has nothing to offer but when you cross the road to Akra hotel you have access to all the pools and amazing view of the mountains. However the staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. They seem to hate their jobs and want to do the bare minimum for their guests. One morning we tried their breakfast buffet and one of the staff interrupted our meal and made my husband pay the bill while we were still eating, even though they had our name and room number written down. The staff at the hotel makes a big difference in making you feel welcomed or unwelcomed and for that reason I wouldn’t stay here again.

I liked it was clean and facilities good. I liked that there were many restaurants and shops and hairdresser on the same road. I did not like the service from staff when asking for directions. I did not like the options on buffet for dinner, not many options.

A nice hotel in a really good location. I actually booked myself into the Akra V which was the wrong one, don’t be fooled by the pictures! Akra V is across the road from Akra and is very quiet, so you would have to cross the main road everyday just to access the pools/other amenities in Akra. I needed to pay extra to change over to Akra but it was worth it. The staff member at check in was helpful and managed to find us a room and also got us transport to move over to Akra. I have stayed before and enjoyed the experience so much I stayed again. Hospitality is NOT great. Service needs to improve - some of the staff let the hotel down but overall, very good. Easy to get taxis from the hotel with the assistance of staff. Pools are wonderful, mixed for families as well as separate pools for couples and individuals to enjoy. The spa and gym was one of my favourite things about the hotel as the gym is fully stocked and modern, the sauna is a really good size with both unisex and women only options. My only issue with Akra is the lack of friendliness from a lot of the staff. General hospiality isnt great, check in was a bland experience, the staff member failed to advise us of any amenities and didnt even tell us where or when breakfast would be served. Some members of staff stood out as being very good, 1 was Fatihaan at the pool and Caglar at breakfast were helpful. Otherwise it would be nice if the other members of staff smiled a bit more and were a bit more attentive!

My stay at Akra hotel was amazing! We stayed at the Akra V and it was so convenient, to use all of the facilities of the Akra hotel across the street, the rooms were very clean and comfortable the front desk was always friendly and helpful. Food was amazing in breakfast buffet and lunch buffet the other food outlets were very nice and the bar. The hair salon and pedicure was great, pool and beach very very comfortable and so beautiful we had a wonderful time

Wouldn't recommend. The staff here compared to the main Akra hotel seem not just not care nearly as much. We didn't even get the two king rooms we paid for, they were twin rooms and they didn't bother to put the beds together or have a double duvet even after multiple requests. I would avoid and just get the main Akra or better still find another hotel in the area that will appreciate your custom.

The check in was terrible, the guy at the front desk needs to be trained on basic customer service skills. For all the other amenities that they offer, you'll have to cross the street to go to their main hotel to use them. They also make you wear a cap for your hair if you want to use the pool and they charge for it, so technically the pool is not free to use. They also say they have beach access but it's a rocky cliff and the actual beach for use is a few miles away you'll need to drive there. This specific property is very misleading on everything.

This property offer only a room there are no ocean views, or anything advertised other than a room, they don’t restock item used (lotions, shower gel, etc…), there call center is frank and rude, you have to go across the street to another Akra hotel for dining, shopping etc… the Akra V only offer rooms and not so pleasant service. (The maids are nice). For the price and what you get it’s not worth it!

This is not a 4-star hotel, I wouldn't even give it 3 stars! I booked 2 rooms for 7 nights for the New Year. 1 Suite and 1 Deluxe Room. Their definition of the suite is different than Americans! The only difference between a suite and a deluxe room is that in a suite, you have a private balcony, that's it! The rooms are old and outdated. It smells like cigarettes everywhere, even in the hallways and inside the rooms. One of our rooms was dusty and trash was left out when we first arrived and we had to ask for housekeeping right away. There was a fan in the suite that would go off every 10 minutes and it was very disturbing. They have this thing that they would give you a coupon worth 50 TRL per day that you don't receive housekeeping. Do not fall for it! It's impossible to use that money! We had 400 TRL and I asked 3 different staff on where to use them and I received 3 completely different answers! I just gave up on using the coupons. The staff barely speaks English and it's very hard to communicate with them. There are no amenities in Akra V, not even a restaurant. You have to go across the street to the Akra hotel to access all amenities which are very nice and clean. There are also a couple of good restaurants at Akra that we really enjoyed.
