"Wir waren innerhalb eines Jahres bereits zum zweiten Mal im Ritz-Carlton Koh Samui und hatten erneut eine Exclusive Pool Villa. Die Villa war wie beim ersten Aufenthalt in perfektem Zustand, sehr sauber und hervorragend gepflegt. Aktuell werden nach Ende der Hochsaison einige Bereiche des Resorts renoviert. "Das Personal war sehr freundlich, allerdings sind die Räumlichkeiten und die Möbel leider veraltet und teilweise an den Türen verfault. Es roch auch danach. Ausserdem konnten wir am letzten Tag nicht duschen, es kam nur schmutziges Wasser raus. Sonst OK."

The staff are so friendly, plenty of food options, the spa is great as well as the infinity pools. They also have buggies for you to travel around easily at anytime. "The buggy system was cumbersome and inconsistent. Don’t think it was a personnel issues but just the system. Could be 2-20 mins different so was hard to plan when they would come. North was very good to us the entire trip! Bill was excellent with customer service the entire time. Khim was excellent at the pool and the tour to the islands."

"Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit Balkon. Da wir mit einem kleinen Kind gereist sind, das Windeln trägt, mussten unsere Mülleimer täglich geleert werden. Allerdings wurde die Reinigung einmal gar nicht gemacht, und beim Nachfragen an der Rezeption gab es nicht mal eine Entschuldigung sondern wir wurden beschuldigt, ob wir das Nicht Stören ausgewählt hätten (haben wir nicht) und an einem anderen Tag war das Zimmer auch nicht geputzt, aber wir haben die Putzleute getroffen, die dann auf Nachfrage...

"Nette schone kamers. Zwembad voor de deur net als het strand. Gelegen aan een zeer drukke weg. Echter merk je daar in het hotel niets van. Op loopafstand van Fisherman’s Village. De prijzen in het hotel zijn wel hoog voor de thaise begrippen. Wij aten buiten de deur en haalde lunch bij de 7 eleven. Ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid en voor ieder wat wils."
