"There were unexpected and unadvertised expenses in regards to parking and you don't really have a choice but to use their valet service but the system wasn't working when I tried to call ahead to get my car. There were wires hanging out of the wall. The AC struggled to keep up. There were holes in the curtains. The staff was helpful and pleasant but overall we were pretty unhappy with the stay."
