“Quality accommodation in a big country town”

Have stayed a number of times in this facility having booked into a studio suite and been very satisfied. On this occasion we were upgraded to a one bedroom suite and were greatly surprised at what we got. The suite is twice as big with a spacious lounge, dining and fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom is also spacious with a huge king bed. The suite also comes with a good size bathroom and laundry facilities. The difference in price between the two is very small, indeed the studio suite may well be overpriced for what you get in comparison. Our choice will be the one bedroom suite in future.

Found the concierge very helpful and considerate with us being delayed and arriving late. Also gave helpful information to us; would recommend others to stay here.

“A good place to stay in Albury”

The room was clean, comfortable, well-equipped and quiet and the establishment was in a good location. The only downsides were poor TV reception and no room servicing on Sundays and public holidays.

Lady at the front desk was superb. Short staffed but she attended to our needs very promptly. We stayed in the one bedroom and requested a cot. Great for family with young kids. The facilities were new and little to no noise can be heard from neighboring rooms.

New hotel in Albury that has everything you need in the one place. Definitely will be the choice for us the next we visit. Hotel fulfilled our special request without the need to ask for it on arrival.

“clean but lots noise”

we were placed in a room on third floor directly above reception and it was very noisey all night and morning there were a mass collection of bottles continually being thrown into a skip car doors slamming people talking and yelling out due to 24hr check in and attached cafe etc if it wasnt for this the stay would have been fine

“No Room Service”

Did not realise there was no room service over easter and had to ask for extra towels tiolet paper etc - There should have been extras in room for a 4 day stay with no room service! I did expect room service and was unaware until I arrived that there was none.
