"The room was right above the kitchen extraction fans and was drooming all the time of our stay at the hotel and with the weather being very hot we couldn't have the window open due to the noise and spoil our stay at the hotel sadly we won't be returning to the hotel and report to reception and fell on deaf ears and charge full rate of the bill."

"Staff lovely and accommodating, room was spacious, lovely view of the river, comfy bed and clean fresh bathroom. Had a lovely evening meal in the sun by the river, and breakfast was great. And all for a very reasonable price, would definitely stay again"

"Great for a couple stay.
Stayed for birthday - hotel gifted chocolates & card was a nice touch.
Hotel was clean & rooms & bathrooms were spacious. (Bathroom lighting was great when needing to do makeup for night out)
Wasn’t able to check in until 3pm - wish being able to purchase early check in was a thing. However was able to have a drink at the bar while we waited for room.
Parked on site was great , felt car was safe. Was £12 for 24hrs.
Breakfast buffet was so nice , paid extra for this...

"This property is being refurbished and during the day there is constant noise of drilling and banging. The walls of my room were vibrating from the drilling which seemed to be directly above. I received no advance warning of this work and it is not detailed in Expedia’s information about the place. The work starts promptly at 8.30 in the morning although Iheard builders moving around and talking at around 6.50am, which is unacceptable.
In addition, there was no hot water on my second morning....

"Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing and did not meet the expectations of a 4-star hotel.
The first room had a problem with the toilet flush, but the staff reacted quickly and gave us another room. However, the overall condition of the hotel was poor. The furniture looked very worn out, the carpet had many stains, and the table in the room felt sticky.
In the morning, we noticed water leaking under the sink every time we washed our hands. The shower also made strange noises when...

"I recently stayed in a Superior Double Room and was disappointed by the overall experience, particularly considering the premium rate charged.
The room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the hotel benefits from a large free car park, which was appreciated. However, several aspects fell well below what I would expect from a superior room.
The room felt somewhat dated, and attention to detail was lacking. Only one teaspoon was provided despite there being two mugs in the room....

"Very friendly staff, the room was very clean and bed was comfortable.
The pool was full of kids so we didn't went for a swim.
Breakfast was good and had many options.
The car park was quite full and the spots were a bit tight (even worse because a lot of people didn't know how to park 🙃)
But overall was a nice experience! Highly recommend it!"

"The Staff are very helpful & friendly.
The hotel restauraunt & Bar area are very nice. Breakfast is good with great service from the staff. Hotel is in a great spot on the high street close to everything you may want to visit, Shops Restauraunts & Bars. Beach is only a few minutes walk. I stayed with my Wife for 3 nights in a V - Residence room.
Rooms are quite big with 2 single beds pushed together, the mattresses were very springy so not very comfortable also noisy when you moved around or...

"What used to be a beautiful building is now in a terrible state. It is in desperate need of a refurbishment and a good clean. It’s in a terrible state and the public areas are worn, tatty and dirty.
