"Staff were great! Charif and Mohammad were awesome ! But my room needs some work, like fridge has some settling water, windows need to be clean. House keeping didn’t provide daily needs. But overall my room had great view and staff were superior"

"Very disappointing stay at Sofitel The Palm Dubai. We arrived at 4 PM and our room was still not ready despite the advertised 3 PM check in, only gaining access around 4:30 PM. After that, it took over an hour to set up the sofa bed despite informing staff that our children were exhausted and needed to rest.
The biggest frustration was the valet service. The team could not locate our car, and it took over 1 hour and 15 minutes to retrieve it. Service throughout the hotel was consistently slow...
