"Overall I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It’s got that old charm with modern touch. My next door guest room played music very loud all night until 3am. I guess sound proof wall wasn’t thick enough well, other than that it’s very nice place and strongly recommend to anybody visiting London Mayfair area."

"Lovely check in experience. Great staff. Gym small and limited, club lounge not open currently. Receptionist kindly comp’d breakfast in the next door coffee shop to make amends. Couldn’t fault the staff. Pretty noisy at night (traffic in the west end in the early hours - who knew!)"

"Why 3 stars? Well it comes down to the WC being next to the bed and we were in a large room. Great if you’re on your own but I’m certain your partner will not appreciate the noise and smells that your morning routine will create! The rest of the hotel is 5*. Great staff but it’s no good having the toilet basically right next to the sleeping end of the bed!"
