"Not quite sure what happened with our booking but the room advertised certainly was not a 1bd townhouse! We must have been given the left over availabilities that looked nothing like our booking. Can't believe they would even offer these rooms knowing the condition they are in! Booked a 1br townhouse was shown a 2br apartment not a townhouse which was old and had a very unsightly courtyard right in the middle of apartment. Husband queried booking so we were moved into a 3bd townhouse, 2 rooms...

"We were expecting an ocean view instead we got the side view into somebody yard not what we planned for. Staff were great and understanding but could fix the issue."

"The rooms were clean, staff was incredibly friendly the amenities were enjoyed! Our place was perfect and fit our family of 6 nicely. The place was well stocked and had everything we needed to fully enjoy our stay"

"Property good size but very old and dated needs updating. Tv romote didnt work, carpet old and scratchy fans noisy plaint plealing. Not washing up powder. "

"We got a room overlooking the ocean. The view was beautiful. The staff were friendly. The pool was great. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The furnishings were a little dated but post covid thats understandable."
