"2bdrm 2bthrm unit we booked had plenty of space and good kitchen and laundry facilities. Room wasn't that clean when we arrived. Beds were uncomfortable in both rooms and furnishings were tired and in need of updating. Shower in second bathroom could not be used as pressure was terrible and water temperature was either searing hot or freezing cold. "Perfectly located and within walking distance to pretty much everything. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. No housekeeping to rooms if stay is under 5 days (or at an additional charge if required). The only issue with this is that the bin fills up really quickly and there is no spare liner to replace it. "Great location in the heart of the esplanade, restaurants and only a five minute walk to the marina. Rooms and common areas look fresh and well maintained. Helpful reception staff. Dined at the rooftop bar which had a fantastic view but service didn’t quite meet the friendly and accommodating nature of colleagues at reception. Overall a terrific hotel and would stay again."
