"The staff made us feel exceptionally welcome. We arrived early on a Sunday morning and though our room was not ready (nor did we expect it to be!) we were offered a complimentary hot beverage (coffee, tea). After a long international flight and customs line, this was such a treat. The front desk texted once our room became available (bags already delivered to our room!) and was always ready with an umbrella due to the rainy weather. Our room was quite spacious and exquisitely decorated....

"Wifi worked really well, bed was comfy on 6th floor. The elevator was perfect if you have big luggage. Staff was friendly as well, and helped coordinate a taxi pickup for our travel day back to airport. Location is also close to many cafes and restaurants plus tourist attractions. Depending on what metro line you could be a quick 3 min or max 11 min away from hotel. Overall, happy with our stay and loved location to everything, thank you!"

"Well appointed rooms with high quality beds and spacious bathrooms. Friendly and very supportive staff ensured our stay was comfortable and memorable. They were happy to make dinner reservations for us at two restaurants I wanted to try in particular. Lovely breakfast each morning. Room’s AC was very comfortable when the temperature was very hot outside. This is my third stay at the Charles V and it is our favorite place to stay in Paris.
