"The hotel is nice. The hotel pub is the same. And the staff is polite. The coffee machine DID NOT WORK in the room. You couldn’t even put the mug (from the hotel room not my personal one) to pour coffee in it because it is too big. In the room there are no sockets. I wanted to charge my laptop and other devices, I didn’t have where. There are two “sockets” on one side and the other of the bed STRICTLY for phone cables. Meaning you insert the cable directly. "Nice clean room with a comfy bed. The pillows were thin and quite flat though. I was meant to get a 20% discount off food and drinks in the restaurant but this wasn’t honoured. Had a delicious Sunday roast in the restaurant and there was plenty of choice at breakfast. There was quite a bit of noise due to the road, trains and underground but that’s to be expected with the location. The floors were very creaky so any time anyone walks around the room it makes noise"
