Top floor lounge has an amazing view of the Tower of London and the Shard — as do many of the rooms. Stayed here before, will stay again."

"We were in a room that had been renovated, so did not have many outlets. I was able to get an extension cord to use at the bedside. There was room for a small chair in addition to the one near the vanity, but no chair, nor was there a second luggage rack. With twin beds, there are usually two people, so someone had to find an alternative for the suitcase and sit on a bed. The room faced the street, which was very noisy. There was a small fan to move air, but to be comfortable, the window needed...

"I stayed in a Premium Room, which was surprisingly spacious and more comfortable than I had expected. Overall, the room was very pleasant; however, the placement of the towels and towel hook inside the toilet area felt unusual and was somewhat inconvenient. One of the hotel’s strongest attributes is its excellent location, with easy access to transportation. The staff were also consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, we experienced a significant issue with the air...
