"The hotel booked a wedding party for the rooftop and restaurant so it was closed to all other guests one night. They did tell us the week before we got there, by then it was too late to find other accommodations. But when we were able to eat at the restaurant it was excellent and the staff is great. Rooms are super small but the trade off is the excellent location."

"We had an excellent stay at Mercure Paris Notre Dame Saint Germain des Prés. The location is perfect—central, walkable, and close to Notre Dame, Saint-Germain, cafés, restaurants, and transportation. The staff was very helpful and welcoming, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The room was a little small for two people, but that is expected in central Paris and was not a problem since we mostly used it for sleeping and resting. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely recommend this...

"The room was relatively clean and very spacious! Although there were no closets or drawers to hang/put away clothes. There was, however, an "island" by a wall with a few shelves and a hanging area--we requested and were promptly given a few extra hangers for our 9 day stay. "The location of this gem of a hotel in the Latin District is excellent. Near enough all the activity yet the rooms are quiet. My room was tiny but workable. I am sure the property has bigger rooms. It was well enough appointed although a chair that provides back support would be an improvement. The pool is nice but the hotel lacks a fitness room. The breakfast food was quite good with something for all diets. The hotel itself has a Bohemian vibe that grows on you after a day or two. ...
