I care about cleanliness & location, & this is excellent in both cases. The staff was great -- loaned us umbrellas, pointed us to an Orange store where we could get a SIM, printed us maps -- all sorts of stuff. Room was tiny to the point it's almost difficult to move around with another person & your luggage, but no biggie.
breakfast was not included, & with the exchange rate it would have cost us ~$80 US each morning for the two of us. I didn't check, but I'm guessing full-body massages weren't included in that, so we always ate at the Monoprix just down Avenue de l'Opera, where we could get fresh fruit & fresh pastries for more like $12-14 US.
The room was small but very very clean. The bed super comfortable. The location superb. Lots of cafes and near a open market with lots of great restaurants. The hotel employees were very helpful and informative. I would stay their again.

I have visited Paris a few times and stayed in a few hotels. This is the best one of the bunch. The breakfast was amazing (Better than the breakfast at a 5Star uk hotel we stayed in the night previous) the staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and well maintained with a comfortable bed. It lacked a few minor touches (Such as paper cups instead of ceramic) but these are all minor gripes. My partner works in a luxury hotel and was impressed with the hotel considering the price we paid.

The hotel stated it had a bar area, unfortunately this was run by the night reception staff whos knowledge of alcohol was extremely limited, ie couldnt tell the difference between white or red wine! There was also no mirror in room other than in bathroom, surprising for a city known for its sartorial elegance, are parisians so scared of being upstaged by tourists they are forcing them to leave the hotel without checking what they look like.

Hotel located in Parc Monceau area represents Parisian chic-- tree lined streets , grand boulevards, local people live. Not a shopping area not touristic , with grand mansions and ambasseys .
Hotel is well renovated. Room is still small. The bed has to cut short-- I m only 5 ft tall, my feet touching end of bed!
Local people jog in the park and kids play in the sand .
We absolutely loved this hotel and I would stay there every time I go to Paris. We had a room with an eiffel tower view and the room was so modern and was immaculate. I couldn't fault the stay. I would recommend to everyone and anyone who wants a great stay in a great hotel with great location and polite, helpful staff!
