"The Times Square location is great! The room was meh as far as cleanliness goes. The ceiling of the shower had dead bugs on it and the corners/ floor felt a bit unclean. The bed was fine - definitely not the most comfortable but did the job. The cleaning staff was incredibly kind and helped us out with towels a few times. That said, we would not stay here again. You get what you pay for!"

"Friendly and helpful staff, with easy check-in. Our room was a nice size, super-clean, with a comfy mattress and wonderful bathroom. The hotel has plenty of space to lounge in the lobby, as well as outdoor dining. Location was an easy walk to Times Square and the theater district, as well as a close drive to the Lincoln Tunnel. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again."
