"I really liked the hotel and staff. Everyone is enthusiastic, helpful and courteous. The hotel is clean and well-appointed but in the midst of updating. Only one working elevator when we were there but that didn’t cause any undue delays for us. I would recommend adding a spare blanket to the closet for guests that might feel the need for a bit of extra warmth at night or just some added heft to the bedding. Super location to many venues and superb fine dining in downtown SF."

Especially how we can literally access Chinatown, little Italy, the Pier, parks and to so many restaurants by literally just walking out from the front lobby. Will definitely book here again."
