"This is my go-to hotel when I go to LA. The location is in Koreatown which fits my needs perfectly. Walking distance to most restaurants I wanted to hit and around 40 mins to LAX. The hotel is nicely maintained and staff is super friendly and efficient. They were able to answer all questions and requests I had. The rooms were very nice and clean. The beds were super comfortable, so after a whole days schedule, I lay down and instantly fall asleep. The bathrooms were probably the only negative....

"The staff are uniformly helpful and friendly. Downside is that the rooms are totally basic. In room coffee was meager with cream and sugar. I had a 9th floor room with a balcony but the soundtrack from outside was the very unhappy and stressed howling and barking from the kennels and dog boarding close to the airport. It drowned out the planes and was very depressing."
