"Very convenient location - close to the Tottenham Court Road tube station. Busy reception with self check-in facilities which were a bit ‘clunky’. But understandably very busy with guests. Good value."

"Paid for early check in, and a staff member walked in my hotel room with me present because I didn’t answer his knock. Other than that hotel was quiet and peaceful. Awesome location"

"Easy check-in, the rooms are comfortable and clean. Not so sure about the glass shielded shower/toilet area as it doesn’t give you much privacy and it’s a tight squeeze to dry yourself off. The bed is on the hard side but this doesn’t prevent a good night’s sleep. Aircon seemed to be a bit hit and miss and I couldn’t get a good signal on the TV. Very minor criticisms, though, and I’d definitely stay again."

"The room was nice however there was some problems we found. The air conditioning wasn’t working too well and we had found silverfish, which wasn’t very pleasant especially considering the price I had paid just for one night one would probably expect better. But over all it was clean and inhabitable."

"The staff were very friendly and supportive. I needed to extend my room very late at night and they were so kind to do it for me. Location is great too. The only issue was that I found a bug on the bed sheet. The staff assured me that it’s not a bedbug and it’s a carpet bug! Anyhow I don’t think it’s appropriate to see a bug of any kind on the bed sheet. I ended up putting towels on the bed to able to lay down but it was not a good night sleep at all. I hope they can resolve the bug issue, then...
