We went to the pool for a bit and the pool is nice. We decided to shower before dinner as we had been outside in the sun amd pool all day and the shower wasn't draining. "Everything was great! Staff goes above and beyond expectations! One example… a washa is a tool to use on your face. The house cleaning staff accidentally broke the one I had in the shower and had notified me of this by text. By the end of the day, they replaced it with a brand new one. Another example, I enjoyed getting up early to go to the patio facing the pool on my balcony. The ground keepers were very noisy one morning, and I told the front desk and the next day I could tell they were...

"Hotel is very clean and rooms are spacious. We had a suite which was amazing!!!! It has two bathrooms, a spacious living room and breakfast area, walk in closet, double sink and huge shower. The night turn-down service is a bonus. You come back to your room and the lights are dimmed, there's a mat with your slippers beside your bed and a bottle of water on your bedside table. "The room was very spacious and clean."

"The room didn’t smell good. I think it’s a ventilation issue. It felt humid in the room which caused the bedding to have a wet sticky feel to it. The floor felt wet and sticky."

"I stayed here for 6 days and it was amazing. Easy check in and easy check out, they had a really nice pool and the property had so many shops and restaurants walking distance. Also I didn’t get hit with any hidden fees everything was straight forward and open communication. 10/10 would recommend"

"To stay one night with my family was okay.. the room was modern and comfortable but we expected more during breakfast time; didn’t have enough variety, the eggs were soggy and cold as well.. if you don’t eat breakfast or just need to grab some coffee and leave, that is the place"

"Good one night stay but walls are paper thin and lots of noise. Luckily quiet after about 10pm but that would all depend on who’s staying around you. A shame as otherwise a great stay."
