"Excellent stay at the hotel with adequate facilities including a lovely breakfast with plenty of choice. The cosy double room was tight getting around the bed. Location was fantastic with only an 8 minute walk to the tube station. Staff were friendly and helpful with any requests. Yes I would use this hotel again."

"We stayed in room 922, while a lovely spacious quiet room, there were a few issues. Green flashing light above bed, which goes off all through the night. Asked reception 3 times to sort, eventually they covered this. The access door to the room, whenever opened it made a air sooking noise that we could hear - staff/guests opened this door for no reason. It would be good if a sign was on saying no access etc. We had to ask for the tea/coffee/milk to be replenished as it was not done so...

"The dryer was hard to use - it baked my clothes but they were still soaking wet. Perhaps instructions for how to use the machine to get dry clothes. My second stay was in one of the patio rooms - the bed was terribly lumpy. I was moved for my last night to the room next door and sadly the bed was also lumpy but slightly better than the first."

"Rooms are very small for my liking, felt a bit “trapped” so didn’t spend too much time there. The Window literally looked at a brick wall so wasn’t worth it."

"The room was nice however there was some problems we found. The air conditioning wasn’t working too well and we had found silverfish, which wasn’t very pleasant especially considering the price I had paid just for one night one would probably expect better. But over all it was clean and inhabitable."

"Small basic room but perfectly comfortable with a good shower in the bathroom. Bottled water and fruit was a nice addition to the room. Can be a little noisy due to the lino flooring in the room."
