"Excellent staff, easy parking and check in process. Clean bed and shower, quaint room had a unique old fashioned feel. Great location. We parked once for the weekend, walked to dinner, a show and back for the evening, then checked out and hopped on the bike path. Convenient, good price."

"We were disappointed with our room at check in. It was definitely not a remodeled room as shown on the website. However, Milton, who checked us in, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The location is great! close to the beach and cliff walk. Everything was very clean and staff was exceptional."

"Hotel was beautiful! Location was prime. Weather was pouring rain for our stay so not great. Meredith the Concierge worked wonders getting us a reservation to our top pick for restaurants 22 Bowen. It did not disappoint! We used the hotel’s large gym before an amazing dinner. Free WiFi required a bonvoy membership (which is free) but slightly annoying."

"The room was clean and in good repair. The staff was helpful. They received flowers and placed them in the room before our arrival. We didn’t use the pool or fitness center but they looked immaculate. Some of the slots looked pretty dated, but the rest were current and the table games were good looking and busy. Close to Roger Williams Park Zoo for a great day out."

"New upgrades led to cheap purchases. Upon arrival, sink immediately filled and clogged to which the maintenance staff already knew due to remodel. Space was clean. Bathroom was real tight."
