"Nice family hotel next to Hyde Park"
Nice smallish hotel with good staff presence and service. Hotel is 5-7 walking minutes from Paddington train station so reachable by foot if you take the Heathrow express train from the airport (taxis very expensive in London). We had a ground floor room which was roomier than most in that price scale. Hotel has a little terrace located in the back but the view is not very nice. Continental breakfasts were excellent and you can order a menu too. We had one dinner in the hotel because of the weather and it was pretty good. We took each an Oyster Card which allowed access to the underground service which is very extensive. Underground cost is very expensive with cost of a one-way ticket at close to 5 pounds so card pays for itself after two trips. We are good walkers so we would usually walk in the morning to our activities/attractions and come back with the Tube who delivered us across the street from the hotel. very useful also when it rains... We didn't take a LondonPass card even though we would probably have broken even costwise because we were there ten days. We wouldn't recommend it for short stays though. All in all a pretty good choice for couples without children who like to walk.

"Fab location!"
I was staying in London for a weekend and needed a hotel in the central location in a reasonable price. So I found Bayswater Inn and booked it. I must admit that the decor of the room was well outdated but clean, the bed was comfortable (given that I have a memory foam mattress at home), TV working. There was a wide variety of food served at breakfast (full English, toast, yogurt, fruit) - may not be the finest quality or organic but still everyone can find something for themselves. Honestly, there was nothing negative I could really pick on. Overall, given the price, I can fully recommend the hotel, which is about 5 minutes walk from the Hyde Park, Notting Hill. Do I really need to say more?

"Nice quiet street close to the park."
The rooms are small but I assume that's London. The location is on a quiet hotel and residential street just a block down from Hyde Park. 2 streets away from shops, pubs, restaurants and a tube station make this location convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The building is old but part of the charm.
