"Firstly checked in to find previous guests clothes in wardrobe, then the spa bath didn't work even though we were supposed to have been upgraded , then there was about 6 months dust on top of four poster bed ,the bed was broken and only fixed by a 3mm screw ( dangerous) . Was moved to a twin room for 1 night then put in superior room only to find someone's tablet under the bed runner which should of been clean linen clearly not . "This would have been a 5 star review had I not bought the breakfast. The staff were all courteous and professional. The rooms were clean and adequately sized for my 2 night stay. "Not very clean in the room and toilet,curtains was hanging off the runner's. There are 2 main roads each side of the hotel and it was very noisy.when booking they did say they didn't have a car park,but it was ok to use the hotel across the road,there isn't an hotel across the road.the only parking was a cricket club 500mtrs plus down the Rd to park at"

"Lovely location with great views over lakes the room was comfortable and roomy and there was a good outdoor enclosed dog area. The receptionist and restaurant staff were lovely and helpful. The only problems were 1. that the room we got was not the one we thought we’d booked.
