"Clean room with a beach view. Room was a good size with 2 double beds. Room was tired with scuffs, marks on walls. On site parking available."

"Room was filthy stains on bedding stains on side boards mould in shower
Tv didn't work when first arrived was half fixed by staff but had to keep messing with it myself at night as no staff around
Front of draw was hanging off staff came and fixed
Room was freezing no heating what so ever in Room when asked staff about heating told me it was automatic never came on once in Room during weekend

"A modern and comfortable room, but the poor breakfast service let down the overall enjoyment of the stay. The rooms are well designed and high quality, although there were issues with our lamp (flickering badly, couldn’t use it) and shower (blocked plug hole, not draining). Maintenance issues were reported to reception, but as it was the weekend, I was told there was nobody available to look into it until Monday. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the rest of the room. Breakfast was disappointing....

"Firstly checked in to find previous guests clothes in wardrobe, then the spa bath didn't work even though we were supposed to have been upgraded , then there was about 6 months dust on top of four poster bed ,the bed was broken and only fixed by a 3mm screw ( dangerous) . Was moved to a twin room for 1 night then put in superior room only to find someone's tablet under the bed runner which should of been clean linen clearly not . "So this is a review of two parts. If you are lucky to be in one of the newer refurbished rooms which is what you see on all the pictures then I can understand the higher scores for this hotel. However, if you are in the extremely dated rooms this is a different review altogether. The 1st room given was extremely dated and tired with mould on the bottom part of one of the walls.
