"Firstly checked in to find previous guests clothes in wardrobe, then the spa bath didn't work even though we were supposed to have been upgraded , then there was about 6 months dust on top of four poster bed ,the bed was broken and only fixed by a 3mm screw ( dangerous) . Was moved to a twin room for 1 night then put in superior room only to find someone's tablet under the bed runner which should of been clean linen clearly not . Put in a complaint to manager and hasn't even had the decency to...

"This would have been a 5 star review had I not bought the breakfast. The staff were all courteous and professional. The rooms were clean and adequately sized for my 2 night stay.
