"Check in Kiosks did not work at all, line of about 25+ waiting to check in. When you check into the masquerade side they upsell you and basically tell you that the rooms you rented are terrible and need to upgrade. TV did not work, have an AI bot maintenance scheduler and no one ever showed up to fix it. Will be better off staying somewhere else."

"Overall for the age of the hotel it was very clean and in great shape. Plenty to do nearby. The only real complaint was the lack of electrical outlets as there was only one in restroom and one in sleeping area, the outlets built into the lamp and lighting were all dead. 2 outlets probably would be fine for a couple but was not for this family of 4"

"No ice machines. The bar will give you one small bucket of ice. If you call the front desk, they will not answer. You literally have to walk down to registration to ask whatever question you may have. Suggestion if you stay there be sure you pay your parking in advance as soon as you get there. If not, you have to pay each day and you end up paying more. The rooms do not have refrigerators. Yet you will get offered an upgrade for an additional fee if you do want one. "Clean hotel, friendly staff, and a huge king room. The 24-hour Denny’s and gift shop were very convenient, and the location was close to the Strip, making Ubers cheap. The only downsides were the cigarette smell in the casino/common areas and the pool being closed. Overall, a great value for the price 10/10!"
