"Run down hotel that attempts to have a few modern upgrades. My room had a light/ wiring issue where the lights didn’t turn off. The bathtub was soft or mushy under your feet in the shower. The shower head was broken off the wall and at chest height. Furniture was stained. It was disgusting and I was offered a new room. The second room was maintained a bit better. "This hotel seems to be a hidden gem. It was amazing. Lots of history in the place, it was like staying in a museum. You could spend a day just exploring the hotel. People were incredible, friendly, helpful, I felt like a friend and not just a guest. The room I had was well appointed, with the usual, things. TV, safe, desk chairs, large bed on the firmer side and very comfortable. The shower had no water saving mechanism that I could tell, felt full on pressure. I forgot what that was...
