"The front desk ladies were wonderful and did everything they could to make sure our stay was great. Once checked in I went to the room the bed had been made but pillows had not been put on. I then went to the restroom -- floor had not really been swept, and shower products had not been put back into place. The toilet would not flush either. I went back to the front desk and let them know about the toilet. The sweet young lady tried calling someone for help. She finally asked if she could go...

"The series were awesome, however the booking through Expedia wasn’t so good! I got my cancellation for wrong dates, but my reservation was not made for my new dates. I had to check in at the hotel for both nights 😡😃"

"The hotel stay was great! Service was wonderful. The only issue we had was something was stuck on the iron, so when we went to use it, there was a burn/stain left on my shirt. We wanted to inform the hotel staff but couldn’t find anyone at the desk before we left. We were in a rush to leave so we didn’t get to speak with anyone about it. Other than that minor issue everything was perfect. We will absolutely stay here again."

"Only stayed for a night but was satisfied with the room. The tub was a little dingy but everything else was modern and up to date. The staff was friendly. Convenient location to food and the mall. Would book again."
