"Could not fault this place. I booked incorrectly and non refundable and they were kind enough to allow me to cancel and rebook when they didn’t have to. Upon check in they upgraded our room. Breakfast consists of a choice of vouchers to have Brekky at local cafes, both traditional and western style. "Bilik nampak bersih tapi bantal dan tilam berbau busuk. Terpaksa saya guna tuala mandi untuk selaput bantal dan tidur atas selimut. Kulit ada gatal selpas malam kedua. Berus gigi hanya diberi malam pertama. Saya minta dari receptionist mereka megatakan tak ganti hari hari, saya sudah hari ketiga tak diganti. Minta pun receptionis muka masam. BIla checkout nak simpan bag, tiada orang di kaunter walaupun sudah jam 9pagi. Kaunter hanya ada tempat "key drop" saja. "

"Both windowless rooms I stayed in had a strong moldy smell. The first room had visible mold on the bed frame, and the air-conditioning and bathroom ventilation areas were dirty. I requested a room change, but the second room still had a moldy odor and dirty air-conditioning vents. The smell was so strong that I had to wash my luggage and bags after returning home. I hope the hotel management will address the mold issue and improve room cleanliness and maintenance."
